FEES

I do not accept insurance.  Therefore, I am considered an “out-of-network” provider.  If you would like to receive credit from your insurance company for out-of-network expense, I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network credit.

 

•   Initial Interview/first session: $175 per 80-90 minute session

•   In-office session fee:  $150 per 45-40 minute session

•   For counseling done outside of in-person sessions (concierge therapy via text, email, video, or phone call), you will be required to use IVY PAY to keep a credit card on file. You will be charged via IVY PAY as the time accumulates to half hour ($75/half hour) or hourly ($150/hr) increments.

•   Client is responsible for full payment at time services are rendered

•   Cash, check, or Ivy Pay accepted

Court Fees: $150/hour to be paid in advanced
Miscellaneous Fees outside of session: $75 per 30 min. (consulting with another party about client; preparing letters on behalf of client; copying client file, etc.)

 

***Lower income individuals: Arrangements with Open Path (OpenPathCollective.org) can be made for individuals with financial difficulties to receive mental health services at a reduced rate.  Go to OpenPathCollective.org, click “Join Open Path,” register, and pay the one-time, lifetime membership fee ($65 payable to Open Path), and enter a local zip code to search for Open Path therapists in your area.  Finally, contact me, Gina Martin, with your information to initiate the counseling process.  Appointments are limited.
